Since this weekend is the CalTech swim fun meet our coach this morning planned the workout around the meet. At the meet you do one 50 of each stroke then a 100 IM and are scored based on the total time for all events so today was an IM workout. At the end of the workout we did four 25 Yard sprints off the blocks. Nothing is more fun then getting out of the water and stand on deck outside at 7am with temps in the 40’s. I don’t remember the workout but these two sets:
50 kick / 50 Drill / 125 IM repeated 4 times. IM order. NO interval just 15 seconds between each round.
Next Set: Done 4 times IM Order.

Okay that is all I remember. The whole workout was like that. IM order short distance. I plan on skipping the meet this weekend as it is all 50’s and what is the point of just swimming a 50? Plus for water polo we are doing some sort of round robin thing and I need more practice in water polo.
