Another day another swim. Still with very little attendance at the pool. I was the only fast lane swimmer so I was joined by one of the medium lane swimmers in a very easy workout.
Warm Up: 400 Swim / 300 Pull / 200 Kick / 100 Swim
Kick Set: 4x150's on 3:00 (originally our coach said 3:30 and as I finished the first one on 2:20 I thought it was 3:20 and left on the 2:30 after that we did them on 3:00)
About this time we are 40 minutes into the workout we start our first set. No wonder why some of the fast swimmers are not showing up to our workouts but have been going to an "unofficial" workout.
16x100's. 4x100 Free on 1:25 / 4x100 IM on 1:45 then we had an extra 15 seconds rest to square up the clocks / 4x100's Stroke on 1:45 (did these backstroke) then last but not least 4x100's Free on 1:20.
10x50's on 50. Numbers 3, 5, 7 and 10 are fast. I did two of them butterfly and two of them backsroke.
