100 Fast. After about the 1st 75 I just dogged it. Partially I was still tired and sore from yesterdays workout and partially that I was so cold I couldn't get warmed up all workout. I felt so stiff and cold all workout. Each time I'd press my arms to my ears in my streamline I could feel how cold my ears were. Brrrr.....(100/2300)

I then only warmed down a 50. My right arm was sore and still. It was time to get out of the water. Total yardage today was 3000.
