Nick D'Arcy was given a suspended sentence of 14 months for his brutal bar fight with 
fellow Aussie swimmer Simon Cowley. You may remember the D'Arcy drunken brawl left Cowley with fractures to his jaw, eye socket, hard palate, cheek bone and nose. Due to this incident D'Arcy was pulled from the Australian Olympic Swim Team. Although he is free to attend Worlds this summer in Rome the official word of will come from Australian Swimming next week.
