After swimming this morning it was time to hit the gym this afternoon. Over the last few weeks I've been adding weight and tweaking my workout routine. Was in a rut and needed to break out of it and get to the next level. I think it might be working. I did my 10 minute cardio warm up before actually doing the weights. And yes that one elliptical machine is broken but the gym will be closed on Thursday for construction. Hopefully new machines will replace the broken ones. I can't wait to hit the gym and check out the new changes.
