Noon Time 24 Cycle Class - 24 Hour Fitness WeHo

After this mornings swim I decided to head to the 24 Cycle Class at lunchtime.  I figured if I put it off to the 7pm class I'd find an excuse not to go.  It wasn't a bad class but it wasn't my favorite class.  I prefer the Tuesday and Thursday 6pm instructors but a class is a class.
