Was feeling restless so I headed over to the pool for a quick lap swim. The pool was crowded so I didn't get much swimming in. I was going to stay and wait out the crowd as usually after the 45 to 60 minutes it thins out. But I gave up.
I did another 300 mixing swimming, pulling and kicking. Basically could only swim a 50 at a time since the lane was crowded. Then I moved over to a lane swimming a set.
5x100's IM on 1:50. Lot's of rest.
Then I just warmed down a 50 and gave up. Figured I'd swim a coached workout on Monday.
