Yesterday when I went running I just feeling it. The run just started off feeling sluggish. Then about 2 miles into the run and for the next 3 miles or so it was all hills. I ran up into the Beverly Hills / Hollywood Hills. Oy! I've done this hill once before but it didn't feel as bad as it did today. I had to stop a few times going up. Which only means I need to do more hills. After that I continued on down the hill and made a bit of a pit stop. Since I started my run late I was able to enter Greystone Manor and check it out. The views and the ground of the park are amazing. It's mostly used for weddings and events and I can see why. After leaving the park I continued down toward Sunset and passed a pack of Stalkerazzi outside someone's home. Once at Sunset I continued to Will Rogers Park to grab some water then did some of the loop up north and back to the park for more water. I then ran off and on for 3 miles before turning to an all walk for a mile. I stopped keeping track of my miles as I just couldn't run anymore. My legs were tired and the sun was beginning to bake me.
This morning I woke up sorta early to hit the gym. I was going to run the short distance but decided to ride my bike. Being the morning after Halloween the roads were like a "ghost town" (no pun intended.) When I got to the gym I realized that right next door was a Farmers Market. Next time I'll have to drive and stop and pick up groceries after my gym trip. At the gym I just did weights and headed home. That will probally be it for the day. My legs need a break.
