He claims he once saw Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps smoke a blunt at a South Beach club with rapper Young Jeezy. Crowder's timeline does actually make sense. That photo hits the web on February 9th, 2009. Phelps was in town in early January. The Baltimore native was on hand for the January 4th playoff game between the Dolphins and Ravens, and was seen a few days later playing football on the beach."
