I can't say I'm back to swimming when I've only swam twice this year. The first time was Febuary 28th and then this morning March 22nd. Before all that my last swim was January 31st. Oy!

Not a huge amount of yardage but since I'm not swimming it was a killer. I'm feeling places I haven't felt in ages. It hurts but I do miss swimming. Hopefully with my promotion at work I can find more time for swimming!
