My goal this morning was to get up and go for a short run then a short swim. But I hit the snooze button and slept in then watched Law & Order. I decided I'd just go do a lazy lap swim. But that didn't work out so well. Some of the swim folks I use to swim with were at the Mulberry Pool this morning as the pool they swim in normally was closed. Luckily for me they were finishing up but they gave me their workout to swim. Oy!
500 Warm Up
4x50's Pull on 60 (200/700)
4x50's Swim on 60 (200/900)
Three Sets of:
4x75's IM. I did these fly/back/breast on 1:30 (300)
3x50's kick on 1:15 (150)
took an extra 15 seconds in between rounds. (1350/2250)
Three Sets of:
4x25's Choice I did them IM Order on 30 (100)
2x25's Kick on 45 (50)
I was so tired at this point. (450/2700)
Then 4x50's Free on 60 (200/2900)
Finished with 200 cool down (200/3100)
That was the most I've swam in a workout in ages. A year or more at this point.
