Last night I worked to midnight which meangs getting home about 12:30 and another hour or so before I fell asleep so waking up this morning sucked. But I need to be at work at 9am so I woke up a little early and got some pool time in with my new swim mates. Since I'm pressed for time here is the workout:
So the warm up was about a 550. I'm guessing it was a 200 swim although it may have been a 300.
Then 4x50's Free 25 Drill / 25 Swim (200/750)
400 Swim Pace. I did a 5:05 (400/1150)
50 easy (50/1200)
4x100's descend on 1:45. I did the 1st two on 1:13 and 2nd two on 1:09. (400/1600)
we rested and then did a 200 fast. I came in on 2:19. Not great but okay. (200/1800)
3x50's easy 25 drill / 25 swim on 1:10 . I did them backstroke (150/1950)
I had to leave so I could get to work. DOH!
