It took some time but I got a dvd of me swimming the 50 backstroke at the SPMA SCM Regionals back in December of 2006. Yup that is right 2006. Hopefully I'll have the 2007 sooner. But for know here is me swimming the 50 Backstroke back in 2006.

I watched you come up after the start and immediately thought to myself, "look at him bob" and right afterwards heard one of your teammates say the very same words on the video. A lot of energy going into moving up and down there Joel.
