Nice Arms

Well he's not officially working out but he's carrying a baby while walking so it's almost like lifting.  He is also dressed like he is on the way to the gym.  Also, I don't know who he is or who is wife but I felt it was a nice picture for "Worked Out Celebs"  According to the Socialite the wife is Melissa Joan Hart and he is musician Mark Wilkerson whoever they are.
