Double Double: Friday Night Swim

I finally got my hands on my 200 Butterfly from December's SCM SPMA Regionals. Actually sorta by accident. I kept bugging for a copy of the dvd to no avail then I borrowed a copy from a fellow swimmer. But that dvd was so scratched up I couldn't even watch myself swim. Well last weekend I videotaped a swim clinic and burnt dvd's of my fellow swimmers. Today out of curiosity I started to view the various tapes in the bag and all of a sudden I see a someone doing the butterfly. Wait that is the women's 200 butterfly! My swim was next. So i just loaded it up to my computer and posted it on youtube. So finally 1 day short of 5 months from when I swam the 200 Butterfly here is the tape:
