Just a quick post of tonight's swim before I head to bed.

Warm Up

Main Set:
4x100's Free on 1:20
4x50's Choice (Backstroke) on 50
4x100's Free on 1:20
4x50's Fly on 50
Rest
4x100's Free on 1:20
4x50's Back on 60
4x100's Free on 1:20
4x50's Fly on 60
I got a leg cramp in my last round of fly so I ended up pulling it still doing butterfly.

8x25's on 30 easy down / fast sprint back.  i did butterfly for the sprints as my cramp was better.

I was going to rant about an annoyance about tonights workout but I need to shower and get to bed.
