Tuesday 4000 LCM Swimming

Blurry Morning

One of my coaches have suggested that I watch Melissa Ingram's 400 SCM freestyle from Sydney during the FINA / ARENA World Cup. Ingram who is from New Zealand placed first with a time of 4:03.31. Since I can't find that video file by itself I'm going to re-watch the Universal Sports feed.

The 400 SCM is going to be up shortly. I'll update with the LINK when I find it.
