New Year, New Logo, Same Old USMS Website

USMS launched a new logo today on it's website USMS.org and from I've been reading on the discussion boards it seems everyone is in love with the new logo. As for me all I can say is "meh". On the USMS website all they did was switch out the old logo:

leaving the website pretty much the same. Not that it is a bad website but I sometimes feel it has way too much information on it. I would have no idea how they could streamline the website since the site has lots of information that people use everyday but they can come up with a better "splash" page. As for the logo I'll just refer to Marge Simpson who would ask "How much did he piss away on this thing? ..."
