USMS Top 10 2008 SCM List Officially Official?

I was playing around on the USMS website LINK and pulled up the Top 10 Page. Now when I searched the 2008 SCM Top 10 List the words "preliminary" and "for proofreading purposes only" were removed. So I guess this is officially official. Although when I compared the list to the preliminary list I didn't see any difference.
