24 Cycle and Circuit Weight Training

Tonight I did my regular circuit weight training and then hit the 24 Cycle Class. After this mornings 5.75 mile run my legs are beat. But I gotta get them stronger so I can get more omph off the walls and become a stronger kick. Go legs go!
