Tuesday Is Gym Day

Headed to the gym at lunch time. I skipped running today and spent 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. Then did my circuit weight training. I will either run later tonight or go swimming. Having some service work done at home so it all depends how long it takes them to fix my land line wires. Swim is at 7 so if they get out of here by 6:30 I'll go swimming. If they are later than that then I'll go running. Either way I'm feeling blah today. Must need caffeine or something.
Circuit training is a great way to improve both endurance and muscle mass. Good for you for getting to the gym today! I guess its my turn to jump into the pool...
