Monday Morning Run

Ahh...a new month means new goals and recommiting myself to running.  Waking up this morning was easier then it has been this past month.  Having Sunday as my day off from my part-time "for now" job made it easier.  At work I am on my feet all day also climbing up and down ladders so usually I wake up tired and sore so running doesn't seem like fun at 6am.  But I was feeling good and awake so a running I went.  Since it has been a week since I last ran today was just a dusting off of the cobwebs in my legs.  The run was just an average short run.

I should have forced myself to run futher but I was lazy.  Doh!  My pacing was all over the place as I was making up the run route as I was running.  I had an idea of a path to run but hit a road block which changed everything.  My paces:

Very random run.  But at least I got in a run.  I have to shifts that I'll be working to midnight so I'll have to plan my runs around those two nights.  Tonight being one of them so no running tomorrow morning.
