Brrr, and So Winter Swimming Begins Workout

I know for most people 60F isn't too cold but for Florida it's chilly! Grab your winter jackets and earmuffs cold! It was a bit chilly on the pool deck plus we had light rain and heavy winds making it feel cooler. It's only going to get colder with 38F forecasted for tomorrrow.
The Workout:
250 Swim
250 Pull w/ Paddles
6x50's on 60 3 kick and 3 kick/swim) (300/800)
Main Set:
2x200's on 3:20 (400)
2x150's on 2:30 (300/700)
4x100's on 1:40 (400/1100)
The 2nd 200 faster then the 1st, same for the 150's then descending the 100's. This was the set that showed me how out of swim shape I am. OUCHIE! (1100/1900)

I hit the wrong button for my 2nd 200 but it was faster! Those times are really slow but I haven't been swimming so anything is better then nothing. My lane mate got to use fins which is always a bit frustrating. I feel I have to work harder which is a good thing but being out of shape was taking it's toll on my technique or lack thereof. I was just thrasing my arms all over. Since we split the lane the odd lengths my left arm with the Garmin Swim Watch kept bumping up against the lane line.
I warmed down a 50 to make it 1,950 yard workout.
