Friday's Swim Report - Who The Swim Is Brett Farve?

Lane 1 - Irish Examiner posts "Olympic swimmer 'scared of Jungle swim'.  Former Olympic swimming champion Rebecca Adlington has admitted she is terrified of getting into the water in the new series of I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.  The athlete, who won two gold medals at the Beijing Games in 2008 and is the world record holder in the 800m freestyle, said she did not want to swim in the jungle."

Lane 2 - The Baltimore Sun posts "Could Michael Phelps become the next Brett Favre?  In discussing his potential return to competitive swimming, Michael Phelps told The Associated Press that he doesn't want to be likened to another athlete famous for his unretirements.  "Just don't compare me to Brett Favre," he said."

Lane 3 - Trinidad & Tobago Newsday posts "Bovell III misses 14th medal.  ACE Trinidad and Tobago swimmer George Bovell III ended his long FINA World Cup season with a fourth place finish in the 50m freestyle in Beijing, China, yesterday."

Lane 4 - The Providence Journal posts "Dylan Molho: Helping African-American kids to swim.  These are explicable but unjustifiable facts. Why do fewer African-American children learn to swim? Many point to a lack of access to adequate swimming facilities. But the issue is much more complex and nuanced than that."
