30 Minute Lunch Break Swim 1,600 Yards

Well today I only have time for a 30 minute swim. Well I could have done 60 if I budgeted my time wisely but alas I don't so 30 it was.
100 Swim
Oh, yeah! Actually the pool temp was better then the other day but still had the hot sun on me. Decided I do some 50's pulling on an easy interval to keep my body temp down.

I should be able to swim on Saturday and Sunday morning. My early morning client I have Tues/Thurs/Sat is going away for a few weeks. My Tues/Thurs mornings are already filled up with work stuff so no swims then. Oh well. I love my job but I want and need to swim.
