Another 30 Minute Lap Swim

Ahhh...3 day weekend.  Well a 2 day weekend for me as I worked on Saturday.  I slept in a little bit and then watched some Simpsons so by the time I got to the pool only had 30 minutes of lap swim time before water aerobics.  I was hoping they weren't having aerobics due to the holiday but they started to take the lane lines out while we were swimming so only got 30 minutes in.

So not much of a workout as a 30 minute warm up.

200 easy free then 16x50's pulling w/ paddles on 60 seconds.  1,000 yards.  At least I got in a swim.  I'd love to swim again later today in one of the other lap swims but that won't happen.  My workout week is crazy with teaching  classes and personal training so no swim this week.  At least I doubt it.
