Monday's Swim Report - #LA24 & Other Swim Bits

One last Floridian Swim, for now. I'm almost packed with work clothes for Michigan and swim and vacation stuff for the West Hollywood Sports Festival, wahoo! I've packed 5 or 6 swim suits and 3 pairs of goggles. I always leave something behind at a swim meet from swim suits to even a pair of glasses. Since I really need to be at work in a few minutes I had a short workout and cutting this post short.

Warm Up

500 Kick

6x100's Pull on 1:45

50 easy

1,700 yards.

And that is that. I got a Swim Bit coming up soon that I put together yesterday. I'm bringing my lap top, ipad and what not but don't know how much I'll be posting if at all. See you all in West Hollywood...
