My FIrst Swim of 2016

I'm think I'm on year number five in a row that I've made my New Year's Resolution to Swim More. Now I would have started a few days ago but I sprained my ankle so swimming and kicking just wasn't happening. Hopefully this is just the start.
So warmed up with a 500 swim. It was more like 4x100's. Boy I'm out of shape.
Then a 300 kick. Had to go really slow as my ankle didn't like the fins that much. (300/800)
10x50's Pull with paddles on 60 (500/1300)
Then some IM work...
2x100's IM on 2 minutes (200/1500)
25 fly on 30
50 fly.back on 60
75 fly/back/breast on 1:30
100 IM (250/1750)
Nothing really great but as I keep swimming "at least it was a swim". Hopefully I can do a swim by myself next weekend and see if my ankle is ready to meet up with the team the following Saturday. I don't know if my body can handle a 90 minute workout but we shall see. I need to get back to swimming and running. I'm getting fat as you can see!
