Ouch! 3,200 Yard Workout.
Warm Up:
400 Swim
200 Kick (600)
Main Freestyle Set:
8x100’s Pulling w/Paddles on 1:50 (800)
2x50’s Kick w/Fins on 60 (100/900)
6x100’s Pulling w/Paddles on 1:40 (600/1500)
4x50’s Kick w/Fins on 60 (200/1700)
4x100’s Pulling w/Paddles on 1:30 (400/2100)
6x50’s Kick w/Fins on 60 (300/2400)
2x100’s Pulling w/Paddles on 1:20 (200/2600/3200)
I did my best to breath every 4th on the Pulling. At the end it was tough. Hopefully I can keep swimming and keep this swimback going.
