Another First Swim, Yet Again...

Well I got to the pool to swim today!  Wahoo!

Warm Up

400 Swim

8x50's Kick on 60 (400/800)

8x50's Pull on 60 breathing every 4 (400/1200)

IM SET:

4x50's IM Switches (fly/back, back/breast, breast/free and free/fly) on 60 (200/1400)

100 IM on 2 minutes (100/300/1500)

4x50's Kick on 60 (200/500/1700)

4x50's Pull on 60 (200/700/1900)

4x50's Switches on 60 (200/900/2100)

100 IM on 2 (100/1000/2200)

4x50's Kick on 60 (200/1200/2400)

4x50's Pull on 60 (200/1400/2600)

3x100's IM on 2 (300/1700/2900)

And that was it.  Oy!  I'm sore.
