After my swim the other day I sure was tired today! Oy! I ached in parts I forgot I had. But it's all good.
Warm Up:
400 Swim
Main Free Set:
8x50's Kick w/Fins on 60 (400)
4x100's Pull w/Paddles on 1:45 (400/800/1200)
6x50's Kick w/Fins on 60 (300/1100/1500)
5x100's Pull w/Paddles on 1:45 (500/1600/2000)
4x50's Kick w/Fins on 60 (200/1800/2200)
6x100's Pull w/Paddles on 1:45 (600/2400/2800)
I was out of lap swim time which was a good thing. Kick an easy 50 and got out. 2,950 yards in about an hour.
