bThis morning I woke up and put together a workout from a past workout. Modified due to my slowness and laziness. Once at the pool I ran into some swim mates who were already doing a workout. I jumped in and did mostly my own thing except for some 25's.
My Workout:
Warm Up:
400 Swim
Pull / Kick Freestyle:
4x100’s Kick on 2:10 (400)
4x100’s Pull on 1:50 (400/800)
4x75’s Kick on 1:30 (300/1100) (it was more like 2x150's as I couldn't see the clock)
4x75’s Pull on 1:15 (300/1400) (it was more like 2x150's as I couldn't see the clock)
4x50’s Kick on 1:10 (200/1600)
4x50’s Pull on 50 (200/1800/2200)
This is when I jumped in for some 25's...
16x25's on 40. I did them fly/back (400/2600)
Back to what I had planned but now modified due to swimming some fly already...
IM Set:
100 IM on 2:00 (100)
100 Butterfly on 2:00 (100/200)
100 Free on 2:00 (100/300)
4x50’s Backstroke on 60 (200/500)
100 IM on 2:00 (100/600) (50fly/25 back and 25 breast)
100 Butterfly on 2:00 (100/700)
100 Free on 2:00 (100/800)
4x50’s Backstroke on 60 (200/1000)
Doh..did I do this 2 or 3 rounds? Why do I feel like I ended on butterfly? I'm going senile!
I so miss counted or forgot something. I thought I did 4,200 yards. Oh well I'll put 3600 yards as my swim. Need to remember better.
Oh well tomorrow is another day...
