Last week we shared tips to help you prepare for a hot run (hydration!). Today, Sean shares 3 tips to help you protect yourself when that sun is scorching hot and his favorite apparel picks for toasty runs:
Avoid cotton! It’s going to sop up sweat and cause serious chafing. We recommend clothing that is light-weight and moisture-wicking.
Wearing the right socks is crucial! And make sure those socks are moisture-wicking.
Cover your face! Sunglasses and hats are essential for hot runs. They protect you from sunburns and keep the sweat and sun out of your eyes.
