Want to torch a lot of calories in a short amount of time? You have to try this heavy-hitting full body at home workout.

Here's the rundown:

You're going to complete as many rounds as possible of 3 exercise circuits that are each 2 minutes and 30 seconds long with a 1-minute rest in between.

Circuit 1:

▶️ 50 Jumps

▶️ 5 Half Burpees

▶️ 5 Squats

Circuit 2:

▶️ 50 Jumps

▶️ 10 Plank Shoulder Taps

▶️ 5 Pushups

Circuit 3:

▶️ 100 Jumps

▶️ 10 V-Ups
