Workout of the Week: Fire Up Your Core With This Tabata-Style Plank Workout

A Tabata workout consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest, for a total of 4 minutes of fitness. This workout is quick and simple – just hold a plank for 20 seconds, take 10 seconds of rest, and then repeat 7 more times until your 4 minutes is up.
