Steps for Doing a Seated Leg Curl: - Sit in the leg-curl machine. - Position your knees so they are pointed straight up toward the ceiling. - Lean the seat back far enough to allow the knees to extend without the hamstrings limiting the range of motion. - Slowly bend the knees to the point of comfort. - Slowly return to the starting point. - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
