Steps for Doing a Single-arm Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: - Lie on an incline bench with your feet straight and flat on the floor. - Hold a dumbbell in your left hand at chest level slightly outside of the body with the elbows flexed. - Press the dumbbell up and toward the center of your chest, fully extending the arm. - Return to the start position by rotating the dumbbell 90 degrees so that the forearm faces the ribcage. - Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
