Steps for Doing a Band Assisted Pull-Up: - Grab the pull-up bar slightly-wider-than-shoulder-width apart with the palms facing away from the body and with the torso and legs straight. - While standing on a superband that is attached to the machine, pull the chest to the bar and squeeze the shoulder blades together. - Do not shrug the shoulders or jut the head forward or upward. - Hold. - Lower the body back to the start position. - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
