Steps for Doing a Plyometric Push-Up: - Begin in the push-up position with the hands on the floor slightly-wider-than-shoulder-width apart and the feet hip-width apart. - Keeping the back flat, lower the body toward the ground. - In one explosive motion, push up and away as quickly as possible, bringing the hands off the floor and then clapping them together. - Do not jut the head forward. Land the hands back on the ground. - Repeat. - Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
