Learn how to do the perfect inverted push-up from the most trusted name in fitness, the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Steps for Doing a Inverted Push-Up: - Place your feet on top of the step-up box with the toes bent. - The hands will be on the floor shoulder-distance apart with your head and eyes looking back at the box. - This should position your body in a semi-pike position. - Slowly move your upper body forward, leading with the crown of your head as if you are doing a push-up or shoulder press. - Do not allow your knees to bend or head to touch the floor. - Return to the starting position. - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
