Maxed out hypertrophy full body workout and 10 minutes on tread
Usually I’m in bed about 8pm but I’m on call to 10 so did a 30 min Low Impact Ride to keep me awake. #peloton

Another Hypertrophic Full Body Workout. Wanted to do the full workout so didn’t have time for cardio. Need to be at work at 7:30. Also this weekend I’m “On Call” so won’t be much working out. May just eat a big steak and take one of Allegra’s #peloton classes
