Leg Day Gone Easy

I took it easy on my legs today.  Mostly as I just couldn't get myself going. Half Asleep / Half Cold.  I had my workout and I've done this Leg Programming once before but today I went down in the weights.  I listened to my body and went a bit easy although by the end I almost regret it but we will see after a full day of work.

The Workout:

Warm Up: 10 Minutes Power Walking Up Inclines / Some BB Good Mornings and Squats

Superset One:

5 Sets of BB Front Squats

5 Sets of DB Stiff Leg DL

Superset Two:

5 Sets of Bulgarian Split Squats

5 Sets of DB Sumo Squats

and last but not least...

4 Sets of Leg Extensions.  I miscounted.  It should have been 5 Sets.

Tomorrow will be Back and Biceps.  Wednesday will be a recovery day as I have a thing for work at 7:30am.  Gotta look pretty for that and wear pants to work!  Fancy!
