Thursday Blah. Is It The Weekend Yet Workout?

Only hit snooze once this morning! Yesterday may have been a no gym day but with work it wasn't a recovery day. My Whoop recorded two periods of my work day as a workout so you know I never sat in my office much yesterday. Hopefully today will be a bit slower and calmer. As for my workout I did Chest, Tri's and Shoulders with a Tread HITT run. I think all that standing and moving yesterday took it's toll on my legs as I struggled with the run.

The Workout:
Superset One:
Incline Barbell Bench Bress
Bodyweight Bench Dips
Superset Two:
DB Flys
Ezbar Skull Crushers
Superset Three:
Tricep Rope Pulldowns
Face Pulls
Superset Four:
DB Lateral Raises
DB Front Raises
Chest, Tri and Shoulders plus some HITT Tread. I somehow stopped my tracking of my strength training and restarted. Tread block was just a mess. Legs didn’t want to move. pic.twitter.com/LG8jhWEdyp

Then 20 minute HITT run. I took out one superset due to time constraints.
