Back and Bicep Saturday WOrkout

Got in some extra sleep before having breakfast and a trip to the gym.  It being Saturday I can spend more time on my fitness.  Today was Back & Bicep day.

Workout:

Nice Warmup and Stretch

3 Rounds of TRX MidRow and HighRow

5 Rounds of the following -

Assisted Pullup Machine

Hexbar DL

BB Squat Cleans

Seated Cable Row

Seated Cable WideGrip Pulldown

Seated DB Hammer CUrl

EZ Bar Drag Curl

WZ Bar Upright Row

then home for the Peloton Cycle Class

Tomorrow will be Chest, Tri and Shoulders.  I'd like to do a Peloton Tread Class tomorrow and a Cycle Class.  We shall see.
