Chest, Triceps and Shoulders Sunday Workout

Super short warmup since I saw no one in the free weight area.  Yahoo!  

BB Incline Chest
10x EB
4x As reps lower weight increased.

Flat Bench DB Fly 1 2 3
Rope Cable Tricep Pulldowns 1 2 3
Rope Cable Face Pulls 1 2 3
Seated DB OH Press 1 2 3
Ez Bar Skullcrusher 1 2 3
Ez Bar Upright Row 1 2 3
Seated Machine Chest Fly 1 2 3
Standing DB Laterial Raise 1 2 3
Standing DB Front Raise 1 2 3

Walked about 5 minutes before taking a 20 minute HITT Tread.  Really had issues with the app or maybe the wifi. Couldn't get the class to start after I started and stopped a German Language Class.
