Finished with a 30 Minute HITT and HILLS Peloton Tread Workout. That was a tough one. Twice today people tried to talk to me during my workout. Ugh! I'm not anti-social but it breaks my focus. I'm not at the gym to make friends. Of course I think I say that about everywhere I go but I'm 52 I don't go anywhere to socialize. I should be yelling at kids to get off my lawn!
