My Worst Workout Ever? Back and Bicep Day

Second Leg Day In One Week

After two recovery days it was back to the gym this morning and since I got new short shorts it was a Leg Day.  

THURSDAY
10 min cardio warm up
BB Back Squat (as the reps decreased the weight increased)
10x EB
10x EB
8x 
8x 
6x 
6x 
4x 
4x 
2x 
2x 
Bulgarian Split Squat 1 2 3 4 5
Seated Calf Raise 1 2 3 4 5

Finished with calf raises as I wanted to do Leg  Extensions but as I was in a gym with four people of course one of the m was camped out on the machine.  Came home and did a 10 Low Impact Ride.  Tomorrow will be just cycling at home before a long day at work.
