Yesterday I had to work to after 9 and today I'm going in at 12 to 10 so I was able to sleep in a bit and hit the gym before getting ready for work. Yeah, I didn't win lottery so back to work I got. Today was Leg Day and I was shocked how few people were at the gym! I knew I was going to do Leg Day but was prepared that it would be busy and I wouldn't get near the Squat Rack but I was! Wahoo! So I did BB Front Squats working to get near my 1MR (one max rep) or is it 1RM (one rep max)? My last three sets I met it. I didn't beat it but I'm still having breathing issues from Covid so I knew I was getting enough oxygen in to make me life heavy. But I'm happy with it!
