Almost Disney Time Workout

The gym re-opened yesterday afternoon but I decided to hold off to this morning. This morning I woke up after a really bad sleep night and hit the gym.
Back and Biceps. Skipping cardio as work will be my cardio as we put pools, courts and reset buildings this morning. Hoping for a short day but who knows. 2 sleeps to Disney staycation! pic.twitter.com/gqbRYhMClZ

No cardio today for two reasons: 1. Work today will be my cardio 2. I've done two days in a row of just cardio. Tomorrow I'll be back at the gym with some Bike+ Cardio. Then after that it's DISNEY!
