Mulling Gym Memberships and Feeling Good Workout

Wahoo. Saturday! Which doesn't mean much since I'm working today. But I was able to get to bed early and get a decent night sleep last night. This morning I woke up and had a light snack. Over CAFFEINATED! I felt good at the gym today. Must have been the over stimulation and music. I was kicking butt. Plus it was relatively empty.

I say relatively empty as I had to wait for a tread to do my run. The snowbirds are back. I did 5 minute power walk, a 2o minute HITT Tread class and a 4 minute cool down. So 30 minutes or so.
I like the idea of the 24 Hour No Frills Gym but I've been debating if I wanted to join this other gym nearby. We don't have many choices here so it's either 1.) Join Anytime, 2.) Join a more expensive but limited hours gym or 3.) drive 30 minutes to another gym. Ugh. I was thinking of joining the more expensive gym but the hours are not 24/7. It's like 5:30am - 8 M-TH, close at 6 on Friday, Saturday I think 6am to 6pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm. But they have showers and classes. I could get back into taking classes. They even have an OTF Knock-off class! I wish they took my insurance based plan. Right now I'm paying for Tivity Health's Fitness Your Way program. It makes it reasonably to join the Anytime. I even got a Planet membership but they are 35 minutes away so I never go. But could and it's a Black Card Membership!
